Sacred Ground 2018
Abrão was the lead singer of the underground post-punk band “Kafka”,performing a lot in the Sao Paulo area during the 80’s.
He left the band, and travelled for a psychedelic musical research to India and moved to Israel.There he met Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi, when they were still called “Red Cotton”.He produced their first and only band album, before they became “Red Axes”. RA started to produce their own music,and took their ex-producer to sing and write songs. After several years of intensive touring and recording, performing already on festivals such as Sonar and Primavera, releasing on labels such as Correspondant, Crosstown Rebels, Multi Culti, and more, Abrão will debut his first solo EP produced by Red Axes, and released on their own imprint, Garzen Records.
